  • Payment methods: cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Debit.
  • All prices subject to GST 5% & PST 7%
  • Creation Fee payable at booking time and is non refundable.
  • Portrait Order – 50% due when order is placed, balance due when portraits are ready for pick-up.
  • Extended payment plans are available on orders over $1000.

  • Gift Portraits will be ready in three weeks, please allow eight to twelve weeks for wall portraits, art and canvas collections and albums.
  • Shipping and handling charges may apply.
  • PLEASE BE ADVISED: Once your ordering appointment is completed you will have 60 days to place your order. Once an order is placed all of your images will be placed into our archive system.

If an order is not placed within 60 days of the ordering appointment or online gallery, the files will be deleted from our system.

  • Rescheduling Sessions: Clients may reschedule portrait sessions one time with a minimum of 48 hours notice (exceptions may apply).

Outdoor Sessions may be rescheduled due to Mother Nature. Due to Victoria weather changing quickly we will wait until one hour prior to your session to cancel due to weather.

  • BK Studios reserves the right to display portraits and use images in promotional material and advertising.

If you do not wish for us to use your images, simply let us know prior to your session.

  • All meetings are by appointment only, please. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday 10-5.

  • Directions: Our studio is located on Redfern Street just off Oak Bay Avenue, street parking is available free of charge. In courtesy to our neighbours please do not block the driveway.
